Own Your Success with AgNuvo

Join the team

At AgNuvo, we believe top-tier ag professionals deserve more than a salary—they deserve a stake in their future.

As an AgNuvo Partner, you run your own business under a trusted brand, with the support and structure of a modern retailer—without the upfront capital investment.

This is your opportunity to:

  • Earn without limits – Your income reflects your hustle, not a pay scale.

  • Be your own boss – Set your own schedule and grow your business your way.

  • Work from anywhere – Stay active and connected, even during long Canadian winters.

  • Deliver more to your customers – With access to competitive products, pricing, and support.

  • AgNuvo is built for people who want ownership—not just a job.

Who we are looking for

We are building a team of entrepreneurial, customer-focused ag professionals who want more freedom, more income, and more impact.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5+ years in the agriculture industry, ideally with sales experience

  • An existing customer base or strong network

  • A self-driven mindset and ability to manage your time and goals

  • A strong belief in long-term customer relationships and going the extra mile

  • Strong agronomic knowledge

If you are tired of limitations and ready to build something bigger, we want to hear from you
